BOD update for July 2017 by secretary
During the month of July 2017, the following events took place and were brought to the attention of the BOD:
Property with 5 horses in violation
Property storing business machinery in violation
Amendment Four (4H animal clarification) to the RGHOA covenants was drafted, and the necessary signatures obtained to move forward. Will be reviewed and put in proper format by HindmanSanchez law firm, and ready to proceed by the next BOD meeting in August.
Properties with chicken enclosures need ARC approval.
Amendment Three to the RGHOA covenants still in progress obtaining signatures. Should necessary signatures be obtained by the next BOD meeting, it will be signed and ready for filing.
Letters of violation will be drafted and ready for president's signature at the August BOD meeting.
