                                                       Board of Directors Meeting Minutes

Board members in attendance:

        Gary Klug

        Philip Blankinship

        Jack Shaw

Board members absent:

         Denise Vigil

         Scott Canby

         Dave Steffen

Homeowners in attendance: 0

Treasurer’s report: 0

Architectural Review Committee report: 0

Irrigation Committee report: 0

Old business:

1. Lift station project; no strobe light on alarm.Garyopened discussion, will close or push way out.         
2. Repair irrigation leak atAnderson’s lot- the board approved the quote of $8099.40 and

Paul Simpson is to coordinate repair with contractor.

1. Uncover manhole at1917 Riverview Dr.to continue pipeline repair.Garywill supply quote, and board will compose letter to homeowner regarding their cost portion.
2. Letter to be composed to homeowner regarding amended roof change results.
3. Covenant change amendment needs to be filed.

New business:

1. Board of directors elected as follows:

President: Jack Shaw

Vice President: Phil Blankinship

Treasurer: Julie Rogers

Secretary: Denise Vigil

1. Board approved purchase of two laptops and quotes will be obtained.
2. Board approved storage unit for HOA documents, and Denise will contact J and B

Storage for availability.

1. Board approved the marijuana draft amendment and will proceed to mail out to                     

Homeowners and arrange a discussion meeting.

1. The HOA bank signature card will be changed to:

Add Denise Vigil

Add Jack Shaw
