Out come of the Sept 21 Meeting: After hearing the changes to the
wording that many wanted, we are in the process of drafting a new Covenant
Amendment to include those changes. Most want to make a change but want to
make sure it is done right. An HOA Member who is an attorney and our HOA
attorney are making the suggested revisions. I believe that with these
changes we will be able to get it accomplished. This means starting over
with notarized signatures on this new draft. We will be sending this new
Covenant Change Amendment out in the next few weeks.
