Can you take water on short notice?

I would like to compile a list of people who could take water on short notice. This would be for emergencies but also for those that find they have covered their lots with as much water as they can use and would like to find someone else that could use the water. Please let me know if you would like to be on that list with your phone number so that it could be available to everyone. The following is a list from 2005. Let me know if there are deletions or if you would like to be added to this list.
